Tim Gale, CEO/President AMS Group 
Tim Gale has over 30 years of experience in senior management in the U.S. defense industry.  Tim has served as CEO/President of several US-based joint ventures with European companies seeking to expand their presence in the U.S. Tim has extensive experience with all aspects of defense procurement and the need for comprehensive through life integrated logistic support.

Bob Cursio, Senior Vice President, Logistics, AMS Group  
Bob Cursio is a retired Colonel (0-6), US Army with Army sub-specialty in Operational Logistics and Acquisition Management.  Bob managed the US Special Operations Command, Special Operations Support Activity (SOFSA) in support of Special Operations Logistics inclusive of CH-47’s UH-60’s, Little Bird Helicopter, C-130 Gunships, and the CV-22 fleet while assigned to the US Special Operations Command. 

Jim Devlin, Chief Revenue Officer, AMS Group
Jim Devlin has over 35 years experience as a senior executive in the IT industry. He has held leadership positions in Fujitsu and with latterly Invensys, serving as President of Invensys Home Controls. Since 2005, Jim has worked with early stage businesses in executing growth strategies and investment plans. Prior to joining the AMS Group, Jim served as President of Earthwater Technologies.

Rob Janssen, Executive Vice President, Technology Division, AMS Group
Rob Janssen is a retired Navy Commander with 20 years of carrier-based aviation experience.  Rob conducted RQ-4 Global Hawk acquisition for NATO and led the Sea Control Wing U.S. Pacific Fleet Weapons and Tactics Unit.  Prior positions include Director of Washington Operations and Navy Programs at Cubic Defense Applications. 

Andy Meecham, Chief Technology Officer, AMS Group
Andy Meecham is a physicist and systems/software architect with 20 years experience designing military systems. Andy developed the world’s first wide-band high frequency mine hunting sonar. He is formerly a government scientist/modeler for the UK/US SSTD program and an expert on the behavior and logic of specific weapon threats. 

Ian Gibson-Smith, Chief Information Officer, AMS Group
Ian Gibson-Smith has 30 years of experience managing a distribution company providing supply chain services to the US Department of Defense, NATO militaries and international prime contractors.  Ian is a lead designer of database solutions for aerospace and defense logistics support, sales and analysis.

John Halinski, Vice President, Business Development, AMS Group
John Halinski was appointed TSA's Deputy Administrator in July 2012. As Deputy Administrator, he was responsible for helping TSA grow as a high-performance counterterrorism agency. Served as a Marine Officer in a variety of leadership positions specializing in Infantry, Intelligence and Special Operations.

Brian Buzzell, Vice President, Business Development, AMS Group
Brian Buzzell is a retired Captain (0-6), USN Naval Aviator with a Navy sub-specialty in Aerospace Acquisition Management.  Brian managed the LAMPS MK 1 (SH-2F/G) and MK III (SH-60B) programs while assigned to the Pentagon as well as initiated and funded the SH-60R/S follow-on development and procurement program. 

Tim Delany, President, Aero International
Tim Delany has 35 years of experience developing OEM partnerships, licensed manufacturing and MRO facilities in support of US DOD and Foreign Military operators, providing cost-effective logistics and supply chain management and fleet readiness support solutions.

Jeremy Gale, Senior Vice President, Marine
Prior to returning to the AMS Group in July of 2010, Jeremy Gale worked for over 15 years at several National Lighting Companies as a Regional and National Manager responsible for a service and sales team of over 50 employees.Upon his return Jeremy has taken over the day-to-day management of the Logistics Division, coordinating and managing the integration of the business units and functional teams within the Group.
